POSITION TITLE: Sales Operations Liaison

REPORTS TO: Theresa Featherston

DEPARTMENT: Customer Care

LOCATION: Ivyland, PA

MISSION: The Sales Operations Liaison (SOL) acts as a facilitator for orders/requests/communications between CRC’s Planning, Customer Care, and the Warehouse/Shipping Departments. The SOL receives, processes and resolves all incoming inquiries from the Planning, Customer Care, and Warehouse/Shipping Departments. Management of Daily Open Orders Report to include Sales Order transfers between Gardnerville and Ivyland and Sales Order research/troubleshooting. Support role for the managing of all International Sales Orders. Possesses overall knowledge regarding CRC’s products, processes and policies.

EXPERIENCE:

    – Two to five years of customer Service (non-retail) and Supply Chain/Logistics experience in a Manufacturing setting required
    – Operating in a dynamic, cross-functional, fast-paced environment

EDUCATION:

    – Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or technical (chemical) field preferred or commensurate work experience

SKILLS:

    – Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    – Ability to multitask
    – Experience in group dynamics
    – Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    – Advanced data entry, word processing, and report generation required
    – Proficient in analytics and multiple data set analysis
    – Extremely detail oriented
    – Possesses keen critical thinking skills
    – Excellent time management skills
    – Decisive – capacity to make quick decisions as needed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    – Act as facilitator for orders/requests/communications between CRC’s Planning, Customer Care, and the Warehouse/Shipping Departments
    – Receives, processes and resolves all incoming inquiries from the Planning, Customer Care, and Warehouse/Shipping Departments
    – Management of Daily Open Orders Report
    – Research, troubleshoot, and bring to resolution any identified problematic Sales Orders in the system
    – Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Sales Order Management/Research/Troubleshooting
    – Liaise with Planning on potential extended backorders and action plans
    – Sales Order transfers between CRC sites
    – Current on any/all Hazardous Shipping Restrictions
    – Working knowledge of required/supporting International Shipping Documents
    – Act in supporting (back-up) role on the management of all International Sales Orders
    – Provide timely and accurate responses to all inquiries within one business day
    – Attends any/all assigned meetings – Daily Sync – S&OP et.al.
    – Perform other duties as required
