Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants: This is a non-tacky solid film that doesn't attract dust, grit or fibers, and won't varnish like multi-purpose lubricants. It also handles much higher pressure, and works in extremely high temperatures. Once cured, it has minimal migration.
