Specially designed for use with all CRC SmartWasher® systems, this parts washer replacement mat is a key part of the CRC unique bioremediation process. Simply place the mat inside the sink of the parts washer and begin rinsing dirty parts with any selected OzzyJuice® cleaning or degreasing solution. The cleaning fluid activates microbes in the OzzyMat® parts washer mat, creating a perfect grease eating environment. With minimal effort, the filter mat works great in heavy duty applications, as all four layers strain out contaminants and keep the cleaning solution ready for the next use.

Four white layers of the parts washer refill mat trap particulate matter larger than 50 microns, while microbes released from the blue layer break down grease and oil. Peel away one white layer each week to eliminate buildup. Insert a replacement OzzyMat® every 30 days to keep the cleaning solution free from contaminants. The parts washer will perform its best with this regular replacement of the OzzyMat® refill.

Using the CRC EPA approved, bioremediation technology, microbes released from the multi-layer OzzyMat® cut through and eliminate oil, grease, and other carbon-based impurities on dirty parts.
