Purpose-Built Lubricants
The job doesn’t care how hard it is, you still must get it done.
You’re the one who will get called if equipment runs too hot, loads run too heavy, or conditions push past their limits. You don’t have time for guesswork. You need something that works the first time, ahead of time, every time. CRC® Purpose-Built Lubricants are built for that pressure. Engineered for extreme heat, relentless load, and unforgiving environments, these formulas protect the systems that can’t afford failure. Because in your world, you’ve got to stay one step ahead of downtime.

Extreme Duty Silicone
Best for metal-to-metal and non-metal equipment exposed to harsh conditions
Don’t let any friction get in the way. With a wide working temperature range of -100°F and 400°F, CRC® Extreme Duty Silicone prevents sticking, binding, and wear even when equipment is exposed to rain, sun and snow. Fast-drying and colorless, it creates a non-staining barrier that repels water and dirt. Use it to protect equipment like conveyors, belts and rollers from the moisture and corrosion that causes problems you can't afford.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
This applies a longer-lasting lubricating film that is safe on most plastics and seals, and withstands higher temperatures. It is a clear and non-staining formula with a dry finish that won't attract grime.

Dry PTFE Lube
Best for metal-to-metal and non-metal equipment exposed to harsh conditions

Dry Moly Lube
Best for extreme pressure and high-temperature applications
You never want that call, because it’s never for something simple. When equipment seizes under pressure or runs hotter than it should, CRC® Dry Moly Lube delivers the protection you need. It applies a durable molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) film that withstands 50,000 psi and continuous temperatures up to 600°F (800°F intermittent). Resistant to extreme heat, high-pressure water and chemicals, it’s built for work that must outlast your shift.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
This is a solid-dry-film lubricant that handles extreme load, pressure, and
high temperatures where oils burn off. It doesn't attract dust or dirt, and
resists water and solvent wash out.

White Lithium Grease
Best for metal-to-metal applications that need grease to cling
Every day you grind, but when it comes to equipment, metal-on-metal doesn’t have to mean friction-on-friction. You need a lubricant that stays where it’s sprayed and performs under stress. CRC® White Lithium Grease clings to metal, resists sag, and holds up under temperature and torque. Ideal for hinges, gears, and bearings that demand lasting lubrication without flaking or fading. Because every grind you prevent is downtime you avoid.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
This is grease that stays put. It supports higher loads and shock while resisting fling off, and it won't migrate like multi-purpose lubricants. You get extended maintenace intervals, and better noise and vibration dampening.

Power Lube® High Performance Lubricant with PTFE
Best for high-load applications needing extra pressure resistance
Your job is hard, and sometimes the equipment makes it harder. Some machines just won’t respect a weak formula. When gears grind or pressure spikes, CRC® Power Lube® gives you what you need, and more. Enhanced with extreme pressure additives, it delivers double the strength of typical lubricants (4,500 lbs. Falex rating) and holds strong up to 300°F. Why? Because high-load applications don’t give second chances.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
This product is built for extreme load-carrying situations. The wet film, non-drying lubricant increases the life and operating efficiency of parts and equipment by leveraging PTFE for long-lasting lubrication and protection against friction, wear and corrosion.

Chain & Wire Rope Lubricant
Best for wire rope and light-duty chains
When it comes to your equipment, you can’t be the weak link. CRC® Chain & Wire Rope Lube penetrates deep, then sets into a dry, protective film that keeps wire ropes and lighter-duty chains moving smoothly under pressure. Withstands working temps up to 350°F. Starts thin to penetrate rope strands and bushings, then thickens as it dries to stay in place. It resists corrosion, repels water, and won't sling off under heavy load, because a single seized link can stop an entire system.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
This non-varnishing formula is built for the unique needs of chains and wire rope. It creeps inside rope wires and strands to maintain a lubricated core while resisting fling off and wash off—even at higher working temperatures..

Extreme Duty Open Gear & Chain Lube
Best for exposed chains and gears in harsh conditions
If the equipment gets too much exposure, you get exposed. Open gears and chains live a brutal life under rain, grit, pressure, and motion. CRC® Extreme Duty Open Gear & Chain Lube creates a black moly-graphite shield that resists wash-off, survives harsh environments and extreme weather, silences noise, and absorbs shock. Under such brutal conditions, you and your equipment deserve armor, not oil.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
Purpose-built for heavy, slow, high-load drives in dirty environments, this high-strength film has tacky adhesion and won't fling off or get squeezed out like multi-purpose lubricants. The cushioning layer it creates protects metals, and won't be overwhelmed by dust, grit and moisture.

Dry Graphite Lube
Best for dry high-temp, non-petroleum lubrication on metal and rubber
Not every environment allows grease or oil, but that doesn’t mean you can compromise on protection. You’re working in heat, grit, and pressure, where failure isn’t just inconvenient, it’s costly. CRC® Dry Graphite Lube forms a strong, dry, non-petroleum layer that resists water, repels dust, and handles up to 25,000 psi and 850°F intermittent. Because clean doesn’t have to mean gentle.
Advantages vs multi-purpose lubricants:
This is a non-tacky solid film that doesn't attract dust, grit or fibers, and won't varnish like multi-purpose lubricants. It also handles much higher pressure, and works in extremely high temperatures. Once cured, it has minimal migration.
