Specialized Lubricants

Some jobs push equipment to the limit. CRC’s Specialized Lubricants are engineered for high heat, heavy pressure, and unforgiving conditions. When the mission demands more than general-pur - pose protection, these formulas deliver targeted performance that keeps critical systems moving

Extreme Duty Silicone

A fast-drying, colorless silicone film that prevents sticking, eliminates binding, and resists moisture. Ideal for metal-to-non-metal applications, it creates a non-staining barrier with a wide working range of -100°F to 400°F. Not recommended around painting environments. Quick to dry, unlike slower LVP-based silicones, for faster turnaround and less mess

Best For

Metal-to-non-metal applications exposed to moisture.

Dry PTFE Lube

A dry, non-oily film that bonds to most surfaces—including metal, wood, rubber, plastic, and glass—creating a slick, protective barrier. Resists oil, dirt, and dust build-up while reducing friction and wear. Effective across a broad temperature range of -40°F to 450°F, this fast-drying PTFE film prevents sticking and extends component life.

Best For

Reducing friction on metal, wood, rubber, plastic, and glass.

Dry Moly Lube

A quick-drying, oil-free film blended with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS₂) for extreme pressure and high-temperature protection. Withstands up to 50,000 psi and temperatures from -100°F to 600°F (800°F intermittent). Dries to a glossy black finish that lowers friction, prevents galling, and reduces torque and energy consumption.

Best For

Extreme pressure and high-temperature applications.

White Lithium Grease

A heavy-duty aerosolized white lithium grease designed for metal-to-metal applications. Clings to surfaces for lasting lubrication and wear resistance. With a wide operating range of 0°F to 300°F, this general-purpose grease is ideal for equipment that requires durability and staying power without sag or slow drying.

Best For

Heavy-duty, high-temp equipment needing biodegradable lubrication in eco-sensitive or food-grade environments.

Power Lube® with PTFE

A high-performance wet film lubricant enhanced with PTFE and extreme pressure additives for unmatched load-carrying capacity. With a Falex rating of 4,500 lbs., it delivers twice the strength of most general-purpose lubricants. Operating between 0°F and 300°F, this film provides durable protection and reduces friction in heavy-use applications.

Best For

High-load applications needing extra pressure resistance.

Chain & Wire Rope Lubricant

A thin amber lubricant that penetrates deeply before setting up into a dry-to-the-touch protective film. Provides long-lasting lubrication and corrosion protection for wire ropes and lighter-duty chains. With a working range of 25°F to 350°F, it ensures reliability in demanding environments.

Best For

Wire ropes and light-duty chains.

Extreme Duty Open Gear & Chain Lube

A heavy-duty black moly-based solid film designed to withstand harsh environments. Delivers maximum protection for chains and open gears, reducing gear noise, preventing scoring, and resisting wash-off. With an operating range of -25°F to 350°F, this “stay-put” compound penetrates metal pores and provides lasting shock and wear resistance.

Best For

Exposed chains and gears in harsh conditions.

Dry Graphite Lube

A fast-drying, non-petroleum graphite film for applications requiring clean, dry lubrication. Bonds to metal, rubber, and plastic surfaces to repel dirt and resist water. With operating performance up to 400°F continuous (800°F intermittent) and up to 25,000 psi, this dry film delivers reliable high-load protection in demanding environments.

Best For

Non-petroleum lubrication on metal, rubber, and plastic.
